Winslow Modular Housing Study |
Architects Thomas has been performing studies on a very small infill lot in Winslow. By looking into modular opportunities, we have been able to keep site disruption during construction to a minimum, and have been able to increase the density of the housing proposed. such amenities on the site may include shared common space, a parking space dedicated to a 'flex' car, and a charging station for electrical vehicles. the site is located within a five minute walk to the nearby ferry terminal, making this spot a great opportunity for commuters, and weekend escapees alike. |
